By plane:

From Rome 300 km you can either take a bus to Termoli direct or from Tiburtina station to Rome. Or rent a car and continue for the Molise 2 main streets 1st all highway via Pescara (faster and simpler), 2nd highway and state road S Vittore and then you enter Molise (longer and cheaper).
Pescara (PSR)
From Pescara (100km) you can rent a car or continue by train to Termoli and then there rent a car.
Bari (BRI)
From Bari (200km) you can rent a car, or continue to Termoli by train and then rent a car on arrival.
By car, motorbike or bicycle:
From the North
You can reach Cascina Cliternia from the Termoli A-14 motorway exit, southwards (Foggia-Zona Industriale) on state road 16 towards Campomarino. After about 5 km, take the first roundabout and exit for Foggia, walk for a couple of kilometers and turn right immediately after the Caringella machine shop. Go up for about 1 km, at the first junction turn right straight up to the roundabout near the LDL supermarket which appears shortly after on the right. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and continue for about 10 km towards Nuova Cliternia-Serracapriola.
Go straight on for about 10 km until you reach the small hamlet of Nuova Cliternia. Cross the town. Always near, still south, towards Serracapriola.
After about 1.4 km you will see via Vaccareccia on the left. Continue for another 100 m until you find on the left the avenue of olive trees with an open green / yellow bar. It is the avenue of Cascina Cliternia! Walk the whole avenue to the end and you will arrive at the Cascina.
From the south:
Exit the A-14 motorway at the Poggio Imperiale exit and drive north on the SS16 until you enter the Molise. Before arriving at Campomarino lido turn left towards Nuova Cliternia.
From the West:
You can take either the Bifernina state road from Campobasso to Termoli or the Trignina state road from Isernia to San Salvo and continue towards Termoli then Campomarino.
